We are a residential and mixed use development company dedicated to the creation of neighborhood communities based on progressive and sustainable concepts that combine high design value, intentional community building, and green building practices and principles. With over 40 years of development experience, Wonderland has been a pioneer in the development of exemplary communities, winning numerous design and sustainability awards for our work.  We have been recognized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the National Council of the Housing Industry, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.

 

We are also proud to be one of the largest developers of cohousing in the United States, with over 20 completed communities in four western states. In cooperation with other leading cohousing professionals in the United States, we have established the model for streamlined development of cohousing, and are currently offering cohousing and other community based development consulting services together with our associates.  These services include site acquisition, project feasibility and financing, site planning and design, construction management, government approval process, marketing and membership formation, and group processes and facilitation.
