With over 30 years of development experience, Wonderland Hill is a pioneer in the high-quality green building arena, winning awards for almost all of our communities based on the sustainable features we design into all of them.

We are proud to be the largest developer of cohousing in the United States, with 20 completed communities and more to come. In cooperation with other leading cohousing professionals in the United States, we have established the model for streamlined development of cohousing. Under Wonderland's model, the developer spearheads virtually all elements that go into creating a sustainable community, including site selection, feasibility studies, financing, site planning, construction management, the city approval process, marketing, membership formation, group processes, and facilitation.
